Fibrinogen-like protein 1; Immune suppressive molecule that inhibits antigen-specific T- cell activation by acting as a major ligand of LAG3 . Responsible for LAG3 T-cell inhibitory function . Binds LAG3 independently from MHC class II (MHC-II) . Secreted by, and promotes growth of, hepatocytes (PubMed:11470158, PubMed:19880967).

These scores are normalized to z-scores by comparing them to a random background. This is represented by stars, each star corresponding to two standard deviations above the mean of the background distribution.
