Ankyrin repeat and sterile alpha motif domain-containing protein 1B; Isoform 2 may participate in the regulation of nucleoplasmic coilin protein interactions in neuronal and transformed cells. Isoform 4 may play a role as a modulator of APP processing. Overexpression can down-regulate APP processing.

These scores are normalized to z-scores by comparing them to a random background. This is represented by stars, each star corresponding to two standard deviations above the mean of the background distribution.
